Hello Colorado Rapids fans. This week on Holding The High Line, we've got a lot to talk about. Rabbi and Red banter about the USMNT making us big sad. Concacaf Nations League didn't go well. Zack Steffen was supposedly supposed to start on Sunday but then got sick. We're less enthused about the World Cup now.

Then we break down what went wrong against Portland Timbers. It might not be as bad as you think. The Pids may be closer than the score line suggested. Cole Bassett and Chris Armas spoke well after the game. How about Adam Beaudry? And yay Reggie Cannon's shirt.

Then we preview Charlotte FC. It's the only afternoon game of the year. Papa Red is coming to his first Rapids game! Tim Ream, Wilfried Zaha, and Patrick Agyeman, oh my!

Oh and Conor Ronan had his appendix removed and the NWSL team has a training facility location. It's as we expected.

We've partnered with Magic Mind to help the Rapids Community build on their pillars of health, including sleep, diet, exercise, and more. Magic Mind has launched their 24 hour pack, including focus and sleep shots in one. Get started with Magic Mind today with our special link. Use the discount code HIGHLINER20 at checkout.
