Has there been an increase in anxiety in the last few years (2020-2025)? Oh yes, indeed there has been. Like what you ask?

Here are a few according to the American Psychiatric Association:

  • corrupt government officials (65.2%),
  • people they love becoming seriously ill (58.4%),
  • cyberterrorism (58.3%), and the
  • possibility of the U.S. becoming involved in another world war (55.0%)

to name a few.

In this episode I dig into a curiosity I have had after watching cult documentaries and noticing what seems to be a common thread... diets that are all about deprivation.

Is this really about food or diet/ways of eating? Or is it about control?

Join me as I ponder some connections and aim to provide some advice on how we can ensure we don't miss out on certain critical nutrients that will contribute to our health and wellbeing.
