This time of year we often hear “It’s Flu Season” so the seed is planted in our minds to expect to get a cold or the flu between September and March of the following year. We must change our mindset and be proactive because health is our birthright. 3 John 1:2 "Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth."
In this episode I will share 12 tools that will help to minimize our chances of getting a cold or the flu, when combined with exercise and a healthy diet.
