In this deeply moving episode of the Holistic Wealth Podcast, I shared lessons from my father’s death, my personal story of caregiving, and renewed purpose - a bold new mission to reach one billion people with the life-changing message of Holistic Wealth.

On April 26th, I lost my father—I was also his primary caregiver. As part of the sandwich generation, I juggled the emotional and physical demands of caregiving while continuing to care for my children, maintain my professional life, and manage my own grief.

  • A 2019 AARP report revealed that 23% of caregivers say caregiving has made their own health worse.

  • 1 in 4 adults is part of the sandwich generation.

In the days and weeks following my father’s death, I revisited lessons outlined in Holistic Wealth as well as the Holistic Wealth mindset powerful lessons to help create a life of balance, financial security, and emotional resilience—factors that science proves can be beneficial to those in the sandwich generation.
