In this episode, I explain all about the my journey as a renter. The good, bad, and "bug infested" ugly of places I rented in the past. From my college days, all the way to being a married, parent of two. Renting played a major factor in the different phases of my life and the prices have risen astronomically. I'll also discuss how those price jumps translate into home purchases, and whether or not you should be listening to the home buying advice you hear from most Realtors® .
