I am so excited to introduce you all to one of our very own team members, Cara Decker! Cara has been working for The Launch Guild for almost two years. She started off as a Launch Strategist on our team, then after taking my certification program – The Legendary Launch Manager Certification – she started working with our clients in both a strategist and management capacity.

Earlier this year Cara became the Launch Manager for my personal launches, and can I just say how much she has knocked it out of the ballpark! She’s thorough, creative, and keeps me as focused as humanly possible. Today Cara and I are discussing the difference between being a launch manager and a launch strategist. As you’ll hear from Cara, she took the less traditional route of first being a launch strategist and then becoming a launch manager.

And Cara, if you’re listening, I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for holding my purse throughout this intense year of transition. You’re the best and we love you!!!

We are talking about:

  • The difference between a launch manager and launch strategist
  • Cara’s transition from one to the other
  • How to handle the stress of launching
  • Tips for how to become a launch specialist
