Host Verhanika and producer Bethany got an email announcing the theme of the SHRM 2025 conference and we have....questions and some potentially spicy takes. How many times are we going to ask "How do we work with Gen Z?!" before moving on to more productive questions. Verhanika attended the 2024 conference earlier this year. She also works very with many HR professionals as clients and has been a member of SHRM for years. Season 4 of this podcast is all about the history and purpose of human resources in workplaces.
