Who hasn't heard of couch to 5k, or how about couch to 10k? Sometimes you'll even hear of people going from couch to half marathon or marathon training. PT Sports Pro founder, Terence Reuben and his son Nic Reuben are going to share just what that means. Nick is going to take on the challenge of training for the ultra distance triathlon. That's a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike and a 26.2 mile marathon for a grand total of 140.6 miles.
