Wait, I’m not a perfectionist…or am I? For years I had a misconception about what it meant to be a perfectionist. Yet I found myself caught up in overthinking, indecision, and frustration, and unable to celebrate and enjoy success. Lo and behold, perfectionists can be quirky, a little disorganized, and free-spirited, too! Have you ever felt confused by your own patterns that get you stuck at work, at home, and even pursuing something your passion? Maybe you’re struggling just a bit with perfectionism. Do you suspect your spouse, child, or co-worker is a perfectionist?
