This episode is a buffet of topics! I want to explore shame, jealousy and envy. I think all 3 have their place and can be incredible for self discovery. We can lean into them to much though, and also weaponize them (with good intentions but to bad ends). I discuss:

  • envy and jealousy have bad PR
  • haters online and what externalized jealousy says about us
  • co-creating on the internet
  • white guilt, fatphobia and shame
