Parenting is hard and beautiful and .. doing shadow work can certainly shake it up.
Teaching our kids about working with their shadow side, accepting it, is power-full work. Doing it ourselves is the 1st step. as they see what we do not just what we say:).
This week, we jump into this, a bit.
