In today's episode, Mariah and Ryan sit down with local business owner Morgan Kunitz who builds community on her street, in her family's business and on her property. Morgan is the owner of three beautiful locations of Kunitz Shoes, has a heritage home with a brand new garden suite, and has helped to bring food and flowers to her community through tactical urbanism. She shared real-life examples of what it is like being a small business owner in a growing City and what changes the City can do to support the local community.

When she isn’t busy in her family retail business Kunitz Shoes she spends her time producing shows and building community on her street with her family in Inglewood. A graduate of Grant MacEwan’s Theatre Arts program, Morgan’s theatre experiences gave her a passion for trying new things and a ‘making it work’ mentality.
