#InMyMind: Doing these podcasts has given me an increased audience. Most that have known me have always said that I was wise beyond my years or as the kids would say, "I was dropping jewels" and I may have been dropping jewels, but those jewels came at a cost. The cost was my blood, sweat, tears and also having the strength and courage to face my fears. I paid my dues. You see we are like diamonds and like a diamond was once a piece of coal crushed under immense pressure to form into a precious gemstone, it too must be cut and hewn into a jewel. So the next time the pressure is on, just relax and know that you are being formed into a precious jewel and the jewels you made are from the dues you've paid. #Message
