As humans, being intentional is easier said than done, especially during this AI surge. The connection that technology provides us, has its pros and cons, and we need to be aware of what they are. Luckily, there’s a recipe and a roadmap to guide us. Author, Erica Keswin, has written three best selling books, and she calls it “The Human Workplace Trilogy". She’s joining us today to provide strong nuggets of actionable advice to bring our “human” back to work. The three Ps of intentionality; purpose, protocol, presence. The sweet spot between how we can use technology and create genuine connections. And last, but certainly not least - how we can all be the CEO of our own lives, no matter what.

At MetLife we believe making a difference in the lives of our customers, community, and the world around us is #AllTogetherPossible. We are committed to building a purpose driven and inclusive culture where everyone is energized to make a difference. That’s why inclusion begins with me and you.
