When North Carolina hired Bill Belichick last December, it signaled a shift that the powers that be on campus were serious about winning big at nearly any costs. After Hubert Davis and his Tar Heel team struggled last season, missing a big and necessary piece, those powers pushed the chips in on hoops. The results?
