This episode is hot off the press! Today I saw an update from the Monash university about the changes to the classification of FODMAP foods and I’m bringing it straight to you! As a nutritional therapist working with people who have IBS I help people with FODMAP reintroduction so I need to stay up to date with any changes, and I’m bringing them to you, lovely listeners.
