ReConnect Nashville was a transformative 3 hour workshop held at Vu Studio in Nashville in September 2023. The mission of the workshop was to explore the phenomenon of smartphone addiction, differentiate the use of technology as a tool vs. distraction, and learn the magic of life-technology balance. Dr. Nidhi Gupta and Tara Heaton led the workshop.

2. How were minds and lives touched at ReConnect Nashville?

3. Are there benefits to recording and monitoring personal screentime? Or is there more to it than just the time spent on the screens?

4. Why might it be a good idea to not reach for your smartphone first thing in the morning?
