Tony is the President and Chief Executive Officer of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), the world's largest association dedicated to workplace learning and performance professionals. Under Tony's leadership, the ASTD has continued to expand its influence by developing strategic partnerships with organizations in and outside the U.S., investing in educational offerings to meet member needs and providing opportunities to support life-long learning, along with numerous other initiatives.
