Hello my beautiful friends,

In today's episode we’re going to be talking about what happens when our nervous system becomes our default lens — how chronic dysregulation can distort our sense of safety, impact our ability to create, and lead us to spiritualize pain that’s simply asking to be witnessed. We reflect on the limits of the “everything is a mirror” mindset, especially when we use it to make sense of other people’s choices, and instead return to the body as the starting place for healing. This is an honest conversation about regulation, boundaries, and the kind of clarity that only comes when we stop trying to think our way into peace — and begin to feel our way back to it.

If you have any questions or want deeper clarity on what I've discussed in this or any previous or future episode, my inbox is open for invitations and questions.

If you desire deeper support on these topics, fill out the work with me questionnaire and I will get back to you in the next 2 business days to setup an introduction call

Donations are also always appreciated as I continue developing the podcast
