Imagine being able to win any negotiation. Well, today's guest doesn't have to imagine that because he can!

Chris Voss spent 24 years with the FBI, training in the art of negotiation and gaining experience as the lead negotiator in high-stakes international kidnapping cases. He also trained at Scotland Yard, the headquarters of the Metropolitan Police, and Harvard Law School.

In 2016, he also published the award-winning book Never Split the Difference: Negotiating as if Your Life Depended on It.
