This week on IPWatchdog Unleashed we speak with Arthur Daemmrich, who is the Director of the Consortium of Science, Policy and Outcomes at Arizona State University. Arthur is a historian who was previously director of the Lemelson Center for the Study of Invention and Innovation at the Smithsonian Institution.
