2025 is the 500th Anniversary for the Anabaptist movement. Mennonite Brethren often refer to ourselves as evangelical Anabapist. What does this mean and why does it matter?

Join Bruce Guenther and Stephen Sesink as they discuss how the Anabaptism stream of the Christian church has formed MBs. The Anabaptist story insiprs us to value living out faith in deep community with a strong commitment to ethics. We believe this is the way of Jesus and his kingdom.

Bruce Guenther has been a professor of Church History and Mennonite Studies with MB Seminary at Trinity Western University. He is part of The Gathering Church in Langely, BC.

Stephen Sesink is Lead Pastor with Evergreen Heights Christian Fellowship in Simcoe, Ontario. He's intentionally chosen to join the family of Anabaptists and Mennonite Brethren. Stephen is a graduate of MB Seminary.
