Dom gets into how and why the site got started, and digs into some of the unusual offerings they provided for candidates (including holiday trips and many live events. He also talks about building the site's code - line by line. Steven and Jeff puzzle over Snagajob's recent $65 million dollar loan, and - much to Jeff's surprise - Steven comes up with a reasonable explanation!
