Years ago, author James Lindsay exposed the ridiculousness of the "woke left" with a hoax.
He sent fake research riddled with woke buzzwords to academic journals .
Some eagerly published them!
Now he worries about a radical section of the right, who act and think like the woke left.
To demonstrate that, Lindsay pulled off a new hoax.
He rewrote part of The Communist Manifesto and submitted it to a conservative magazine--which published it.
Lindsay points out that, in addition to agreeing with Karl Marx, the woke right, "engages in the same behaviors ... victimhood mentality ... cancel culture ... they bully people online with swarms. They rewrite history."
He says they embrace bad ideas like racism, misogyny, and antisemitism, and warns that will empower the Left.
