Mental Health is a topic that has been getting more and more public exposure in recent years. In this latest episode I had the honor and privilege of chatting with World-Renowned International Law of Attraction Coach and Inspirational Speaker Allie O'Shea about how she used the principles from the book "The Secret" to cure herself of depression and then proceeded to set up a successful retail business when nothing else had worked. We also discuss the importance of taking ownership of the way we think, and how the way we feel about ourselves tends to influence the quality of friendships and relationships we experience in our lives.
