With a medical doctorate, a professorial background at a prestigious university, being an award winning author, and carrying a military rank, I'm at a loss for what title I use for Josh. We talk about the differences between academic medicine, how the job actually works when everything goes wrong in an ER, and the hefty differences faced by those deployed in active war zones.
