Lawyer James Manson walks us through the case of Constable Michael Brisco, who is asking the court to review a charge of discreditable conduct. The charge was laid against him by the Windsor Police Service after he made a $50 donation to the peaceful Freedom Convoy in 2022. Constable Brisco was forced to forfeit 80 hours' pay as punishment.
