Tai had already gone through the Herculean task of launching her business, Organizely, in 2021. But as the pandemic continued through 2022, she started to receive more and more requests for a job training program she had created through Organizely. As these requests persisted, she noticed a pattern: they could be better served with a video. And what better place to post these videos than Linkedin? And why not make these videos live?
