Fresh off winning the 2022 WNBA Championship, this week’s guest, Nikki Fargas, is the President of the Las Vegas Aces. Nikki herself was a star basketball player, winning a State Championship in High School and National Championship at the University of Tennessee. Her coaching career, which included Head Coaching positions at UCLA and LSU gave her an even deeper understanding of the game. Nikki talks to me about playing under the legendary Coach Pat Summitt, her strategy as a leader both in coaching and front office roles, and her incredibly successful time with the Aces.
