Chris Carrino has been the lead radio play-by-play announcer for the Brooklyn Nets for over 20 years. He’s known for his award-winning broadcasting work as well as his work off the court with the Chris Carrino foundation, which funds scientific research for facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD). Chris tells me about finding his passion for broadcasting while learning from Marty Glickman, his experience with FSHD and decision to start his foundation, and the lessons he’s learned from over two decades in the industry.
