A few of Mr. Lee's career highlights consists of All-Pro (1988), 3x Pro Bowl (1987-1990), and one of the 50 Greatest Vikings of all times. Carl Lee was also head coach at West Virginia State University and South Charleston High School (in South Charleston, WV).
