Health officials in Great Britain are pulling a popular candy made right here in Pennsylvania off store shelves. The United Kingdom has declared Jolly Ranchers unsafe. Britain's equivalent of the FDA says the candies contain ingredients that may increase cancer risk if eaten over a long period of time. They've been pulled from the UK, but some businesses still import them. Hershey makes Jolly Ranchers, and says "consumers can rest assured that our products are safe."
