A 30-year-old Chester man was convicted of multiple charges after he was arrested in 2021 for pleasuring himself on a PATCO train in front of two teen girls. The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office says a jury found Charles May guilty of endangering the welfare of a child via sexual conduct, criminal sexual contact, and witness tampering after he told one of the teens not to testify against him through Instagram direct messages. Authorities say the girls were on the train home from a concert in Camden when this happened. Sentencing is scheduled for July 11. He faces up to 15 years in prison.
