On this episode, I take a break from the current IGNITE series to share a little about my life, after doing the aforementioned series for 4 weeks, I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease. After coming to terms with it and no longer feeling some sort of negative emotion towards it - I decide I would no longer keep you guys in the dark as some of you may have seen pictures of me in a hospital gown and cannulated on social media. So, please listen with an open mind and understand that it's not a pity party I'd like but rather reminding you of the beauty life has and how we should start LIVING. Enjoy your life fully today, 'cause nothing in this life is guaranteed but your day and time of birth and death.
