Tim Mattimore, originally from New York, is an ex Creative Director and Photographer who now resides in the serene landscapes of Superior National Forest in Northern Minnesota.

Tim’s passion for photography has taken him across the U.S., Iceland, and Patagonia, where he captures the essence of landscapes and wildlife. His artistic journey reflects the blend of urban influences from his past and the natural beauty that now surrounds him.

Living with his wife, Tim embraces the tranquility of nature, forming connections with the wildlife that flourish around their home.

In this episode, Tim shares his journey from a bustling career in advertising to the peaceful life of a landscape photographer. He discusses the impact of his environment, the challenges of balancing art with activism, and the sense of community he finds within the photography world.
