In today’s episode, we have Darren Sugiyama, the Founder and CEO of Lionsmark Capital, a Premium Financing firm that offers clients extremely unique lending parameters such as non-resource financed premium loans, no personal guarantor requirements, among others. Notable Quotes

● A lot of the stories I use in my fictional writing are very autobiographically inspired. Art has imitated a lot of my life.

● We want people to think of our personal and business lives as being so shiny, perfect, and void of any flaws. And that’s just not the reality.

● There’s nothing more empowering than seeing a very successful person admit that life has not been so perfect.

● The fear for men is that if we admit that we’re unraveling inside, we fear that we’ll be judged. We fear that nobody would want to do business with us.

● Sometimes the hard time is what reconnects you with what’s important.

● There’s a difference between trusting that God is going to make all your dreams come true and truly submitting to God’s will and being okay with that.
