In this episode, Christine Coughlin, Professor of Legal Writing at Wake Forest Law School, shares tips for success on the open memorandum of law.
Some key takeaways are...

  1. Clear thinking will lead to clear writing.
  2. Research is a recursive process
  3. Set a personal due date a few days before the final due date
  4. Your grade on the closed memorandum does not necessarily predict your grade on the open memorandum or on your exams
