The Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS) is back! For the first time since 2019, the annual government-wide employee engagement survey will be conducted in full during its traditional window -- and this year, more Army Civilians are eligible than ever before.
In this episode of Leader Up, AMSC's Mr. David Howey meets with Ms. Maria Ciepiela, Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army for Civilian Personnel (DASA-CP), and Mr. Patrick Curran (DASA-CP Support), to discuss the FEVS and its importance to Army Civilians, the Department of Defense, and the federal government. The FEVS window for Army Civilians kicks off the week of June 6 and closes on July 22, 2022. Don't miss it!
