Bob Higgins is CEO of Barge Design Solutions. He has been with the firm since 1996 when he started as an intern following graduation from the School of Engineering at Vanderbilt University with a degree in Civil Engineering. Since becoming President and CEO in 2009, Higgins has led the firm through a successful re-organization into core business units and has directed the development and implementation of key technical, project management, and leadership programs. In this episode, Bob provides a roadmap for innovation that is centered around people, processes, and problem solving.
