Do you secretly keep score of all your sacrifices, hoping someone will eventually notice and applaud your efforts? That invisible scoreboard might be weighing you down more than you realize.
During a recent conversation with an overwhelmed friend caring for elderly parents, I recognized a pattern many of us fall into – the belief that our sacrifices must mean something, that they're being recorded somewhere for future recognition. We stay late at work, always show up for others despite our exhaustion, and put everyone else's needs before our own. Then we wait, expecting some form of payback that rarely arrives.

And, as a special FREE bonus, I want to give you my "6 Journal Prompts To Coach Yourself To A Better Life In 6 Days!"

These prompts are perfect if you:

🎯 Feel lost in direction.

📉 Battle feelings of inadequacy or constant comparison.

😕 Experience restlessness.

📆 Find goal-setting or motivation challenging.

😐 Simply feel 'meh'.

Designed to dismantle obstacles, reshape your mindset, and cement unwavering confidence, these prompts are scarce gems in a sea of generic advice. 🚧🧠
