Hi Sustainable Friends

My guest the CEO of JemiEats Joy Isaac and I had some great bouts of laughter during this Podcast interview.!
Joy shared her amazing journey moving from London to Lagos and why many diasporans despite being successful abroad still remain unfulfilled.

JemiEats is a FoodTech platform that is beginning its operations in Lagos in 2022. Joy shares her experience of setting up JemiEasts in Lagos, her content pillars, product planning, and the automated solution she intends to provide against all exciting odds in the hospitality industry in Lagos, Nigeria.

The day and nightlife in Lagos are second to none with untapped opportunities identified on a daily basis, some of which she captures in her blog IMovedBack.com.

Highlights:

1. Repatriation: The UK and US second generation as moving back to Africa and doing amazing things

2. Entrepreneurs: Setting up start-ups in various sectors, tech, fintech, hospitality, entertainment, agriculture, and many more

3. Giving back: Hiring locally, training and mentoring, and engaging in philanthropic activities
