After many high hopes, we need to answer these questions: What is likely to get in the way? From our farmer's perspective, what are the barriers to change?

Episode Host, Ben Williams from Leprino Foods also discusses the broader challenges to food system transformation with Charlie Curtis of the Cool Farm Alliance and outlines how, once we have broken down the barriers to change, we must leverage the agriculture sector to really make progress.

This discussion is with the very talented Helen Brookes from UK Agri-Tech Centre and Steve Dunkley from HSBC who collectively have significant experience in delivering impactful programmes supporting farmers. Most importantly we get to hear from farmers themselves on what they see as the major barriers to change.

Think of this episode as a call to action for the supply chain - join us to find the solutions. Together we can change the world!
