I asked Christy to join me on Let’s Talk because I had heard so many FANTASTIC things about her from her clients. I also knew that she was passionate about mental health, and I figured the stressful holiday season was the perfect time to have her on. She gives so many helpful ideas of how to keep your sanity and I think we discovered that I need to make an appointment.
