For those that are new here or haven't had the opportunity to learn how I landed into the path of Trauma work, I shared my personal experience and how coaching and shadow side of the personal development industry is what initiated me into questioning "what IS healing?" and "How do we truly achieve that?". It lead me into understanding how I was unconsciously operating, living and building a business from unresolved childhood and generational trauma and it was all MUCH deeper than shifting our mindset. I feel deep gratitude swirling in my womb that I get to share this room and coming home with you, inside Emotional Alchemy.
