In this episode, we are going to talk about resilience. This is really an interesting topic because whether you refer to it as resilience, or mental toughness, or grit, there is a depth and breadth of information out there. Like mindset, it is really popular and how people talk about resilience is multilayered and diverse. We’ll do a quick introduction to resilience and then will focus on how to build your resilience and how to maintain high levels of resilience when you need to.
