Keeping your routine helps create structure and set the habits needed to reach your goals. It is also good for your mental health, improves your sleep, and helps you feel more in control. There are so many ways to start and keep a routine. We’ve talked about several of them here, but this list isn’t exhaustive. Keep honing your routine so that you are focused on what’s most meaningful to you!
