If you’re feeling stuck, you’re not moving forward in the things that matter most to you in life. What’s going on? How can you get unstuck? Is it ever going to get better?

Yes - today’s episode is focused on being stuck and how you can begin to move forward if you feel stagnant.

When we started recording, we had our own experience of being stuck (or frozen). Because we’re a no-frills operation, we left the silliness in there for y’all to witness. See….we all get stuck in life sometimes. The key is not to stay there.
