Quitting your job and being financially independent are dreams a lot of people have. Are you able to make work optional in your life? Do you have a plan for it?
Nearly 90% of the UK's workforce are disengaged, meaning they aren't happy or committed to their work. In today's mini-essay, I advocate for making a plan to make work optional so that you can find work that you can engage with, find meaning, purpose and enjoyment from.
