How many goals should you set? Hint: It’s not what you think.

So many sources online tell you to set “One to Three goals”, but I have two problems with this. First, they don’t specify a time period - one to three per day? Per year? Second, no one seems to cite a reputable source when listing this recommendation.

In this episode, you’ll learn some fascinating information from the goal-setting research, and that the idea of the number of goals to set is more nuanced that you realise.

You’ll walk away with an understanding of exactly the right number of goals to set for you!
