INTRODUCTION:

What does it mean to be saved? The meaning of salvation can seem vague and unreachable. Or it can seem like a one-time event that introduces a person to Jesus Christ. A person can realize he has broken through a barrier and life will be more complete. Are you choosing to find more? A cry can come out of a person to find more to life. If you're looking for more, begin to ask God, seek Him and you can receive that salvation into a new life!

SHOW NOTES:

  • If you ask God to make Himself real to you, all you have to do is simply open up and ask.


  • You will know He is real, because you will sense it in your heart as something you've never experienced before.


  • When the salvation experience begins to unfold, you may become more aware that it is a progression of steps in getting to know Him.


  • Salvation is a growth experience as He walks you through being saved in various aspects of your life.


  • God wants to save you to the uttermost.


  • As we choose to follow Him, He will lead us into all the truth.


QUOTATIONS:

  • If you accept Christ that His death on the cross for you, that it was for you, and that you just accept His love and sacrifice for you, then you will begin to know that the Lord is very real and the Father will be very present to you.


  • Having a real experience with the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior, because it's an experience with the living Savior, It's and impartation to you; He becomes a living person.


  • When you accept Jesus Christ as your Savior, He saves you to Himself; you become His possession.


  • You understand that you have a s purpose: you become a son as He is a Son, and that starts from the very beginning. His Son paid the price that you might have a relationship with the Father.


  • Salvation is an unfolding process. You have an initial experience, but then every day you can be saved a little more and a little more, and a little more.


  • You need to be with others that have a relationship with the Lord as well, because without that, you don't have the support, but if you drive to the center of the flock, draw around others that have a relationship, then there's a covering.

When you hear your heart saying, “Lord, I want to know who you are,” you realize that you're ready for a salvation experience. It's good to know that this is so simple—all you have to do is ask.
